KPP LEX
Website and contact form terms
Effective from 25 October 2026. You can save or print these terms free of charge using your browser.
1. Service provider
kpplex.pl is operated by Kancelaria Prawno-Podatkowa Sp. z o.o., Aleja Stanów Zjednoczonych 72/12, 04-036 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000802761, NIP 1133003156, REGON 38431166200000, share capital PLN 100,000.00. Registration court: District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Contact: bok@kpplex.pl, telephone +48 222 66 88 22.
2. Electronic services
The website provides free access to information about the company and its services, and a contact form for submitting enquiries without an account. The form forwards a message to customer support; it does not automatically order paid services, provide advice or conduct legal proceedings.
3. Technical requirements and security
You need an Internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser supporting HTTPS, JavaScript and essential session cookies, and a working email address for a response. Your connection provider may charge under your agreement with it. Use up-to-date software and a trusted device. Ordinary online correspondence involves risks including phishing and unauthorised access to an unsecured mailbox.
4. Sending an enquiry
Complete the required fields: full name, email address, topic and a message of 10 to 4,000 characters. Phone and company name are optional. Confirm that you have read these terms and the privacy policy, then select “Send enquiry”. Successful forwarding is confirmed with a reference number once the server's mail transport accepts the message. Confirmation does not mean that a staff member has read the message, that the matter has been accepted or that a professional services contract has been concluded.
The scope of work, fees, deadlines and any involvement of authorised professionals require separate agreement. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a purchase. If an error is shown, the enquiry is not confirmed; you may retry or contact us by phone or email. If the outcome is unclear, please contact us to confirm receipt.
5. Rules of use
Provide accurate contact details and only the information needed for an initial description. Do not submit unlawful content, spam, malicious code or material that infringes others' rights. Do not use the form to send sensitive data, Polish PESEL numbers, identity documents or detailed personal data of others. We will separately agree a secure way to share documents. Disrupting the website or bypassing safeguards is prohibited. The form limits submissions from one connection to five per hour; if the limit is reached, use phone or email.
6. Starting and ending use
You begin accessing information by opening the website and finish by closing it. The enquiry forwarding service starts when you submit a correctly completed form and ends after forwarding and confirmation, or an error message. Before sending, you can stop at any time by closing the page. After sending, you can withdraw your enquiry by contacting us. Retention of correspondence already submitted is described in the privacy policy.
7. Technical complaints
Report technical issues to bok@kpplex.pl or write to the registered office. Include a description, date, page address, contact method and enquiry reference if one was issued. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information. We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint. This procedure concerns the website; terms for separately commissioned services are agreed individually.
8. Personal data and language versions
See the privacy policy for data processing details. The website and documents are available in Polish and English. Switching language does not submit a form; entered text is not transferred between language versions. Please contact us if anything needs clarification. These terms do not restrict rights under mandatory applicable law.
